Personalized PRP

Your PRP Injection Procedure

At Signature Aesthetics, we understand the importance of a comfortable and effective PRP treatment. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

Pre-Treatment

Consultation: Our experienced team will discuss your goals, medical history, and suitability for PRP. We'll answer any questions and ensure you feel confident and informed throughout the process.

Blood Draw: Depending on the treatment area, a small amount of blood is drawn.

Treatment Process

Platelet-Rich Plasma Preparation: Your blood is placed in a centrifuge, a machine that spins rapidly to separate the platelets, rich in healing factors, from other blood components. This process takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Numbing Comfort: For treatments on the face, neck, and chest, a topical anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area to minimize discomfort.

Facial Rejuvenation

Targeted Injections: Using a fine needle, our provider precisely injects PRP into specific areas of your face based on your personalized treatment plan. This typically takes 15-30 minutes.

Joint Pain Treatment

Once a week, for three weeks prior to PRP injection, you will receive a Radiofrequency treatment to encourage blood flow to the joint and surrounding tissue. On the third week, you will receive your last Radiofrequency treatment along with the PRP injection.

Guided Precision: For joint pain, we will order a platelet count to accurately dose to the PRP injection into the injured tissue that needs to be taken 3 days or less prior to PRP injection. Platelet count results need to be obtained prior to the appointment.

Promoting Healing: The concentrated platelets injected into the joint stimulate your body's natural healing response, reducing inflammation and promoting tissue repair.
