Dr. Douglas Stafford serves as the Medical Director and brings extensive expertise as a Board-Certified General Surgeon and Board-Certified specialist in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Iowa before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine – Madison, where he also trained in General Surgery. Dr. Stafford went on to complete his internship and residency with the Department of Surgery at the University of North Dakota. In addition to his clinical background, he is nationally recognized as a trainer and lecturer for Dornier MedTech Lasers and holds an Age Management Certification. His professional memberships include the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and the Idaho Medical Association.
